Empowering Autism Advocacy and Awareness

For 30 years I have served as a social worker in Columbus, Ohio. As a mother of an autistic son, I have worked hard to guide him through the system to receive the services toward his goals. But what happens after high school? There was clearly a need for transitioning services to be addressed.

 

AutismOrganization.Org in partnership with The Gracie V. White Foundation for autism; and  together, their mission is to deliver research-based information to improve the ability of youth and young adults with ASD and other disabilities. To successfully transition from high school to postsecondary opportunities including education, music, and art therapy, in order to have the opportunity to express themselves and show off their various talents.
